Services We Offer:
Pre-Purchase Certified Inspections for any class RV:
Think of a pre-purchase inspection as your RV’s “health checkup” before your hard earned money hits the table. Whether YOUR brand new rig is brand new or experienced, it shouldn't be keeping any secrets from you. When there are no secrets, there will be fewer surprises. Here’s the lowdown on what to expect during this important evaluation:
1. Exterior Examination - We’ll give the RV a good going-over, from multiple angles, hunting for dents, scratches, and any thing that could cause any issues down the road. We'll check for operation of all exterior doors and windows and for seal integrity on every seam. We’ll check the roof, roof vents, plumbing vents, sky lights and AC seals to ensure they are ready to withstand light speed...or the legal speed limit on the public thoroughfare you are operating your vehicle upon, at least.
2. Chassis and Undercarriage Review - Time to get down and dirty! We’ll crawl under the beast's belly to visually inspect the chassis and undercarriage, making sure frame, suspension, brakes, landing gear and tires are fit for the open road!
3. Interior Inspection - Inside, we’ll check the living spaces, from aesthetics to working appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems. We’ll sniff out any leaks or odd odors and make sure the fridge isn’t contemplating 'sauna' as a new career.
4. Systems Functionality Test - We’ll put all the major systems—plumbing, electrical (12V and 120V), HVAC, and propane—through their paces. Because nothing ruins a road trip like a malfunctioning A/C on a hot summer day or an unexpected drop in temperature one night when you have a sleepy furnace!
5. Findings - Once we finish our thorough inspection, you’ll have online access to a detailed report. This report will cover every item inspected, complete with photos and/or videos. (You can also request a full-length video inspection for a nominal fee.)
The report begins with identifying information, followed by critical items that could pose safety risks, then major findings that, while not immediately dangerous, could lead to significant repair costs down the line.
Next, we’ll address any minor blemishes that don’t affect functionality. This inspection not only helps you make informed decisions but also provides peace of mind as you prepare for your RV adventures. Before you hit the road, let’s ensure you’re ready to cruise in style!
Pre-Sale Certified Inspections for any class RV:
You’ve taken great care of your RV, but whether it’s time to upgrade or, heaven forbid, you’re considering giving up camping, everyone wants to maximize both the value and enjoyment of their rig. Unfortunately, how much you use it can affect its value. A recent certified inspection can help you negotiate the best deal and give prospective buyers confidence that they’re making a solid choice.
Pre-Sale or Pre-Purchase?
The only difference lies in who requests the inspection. The inspection process itself remains the same. The resulting report will be provided solely to the party that ordered the inspection, and it’s up to them whether to share it with the other party. Both parties can agree to split the cost of the inspection, in which case both will have access to the report.
We provide a range of services designed to enhance your RVing experience( please note the services listed below will be an additional charge)
Video Recording Options - Want to see the action? We offer video recordings of the inspection process. You can replay our findings at your leisure and witness all the excitement—it's like reality TV, but for RVs!
Fluid Analysis:
Think of this as a “blood test” for your motorhome, tow vehicle, or generator because even vehicles need to check their vitals! We help you spot potential issues before they turn into full-blown emergencies. Even new engines and motors can benefit from periodic analysis to stop major issues while they are still relatively minor.
